Russian Railroads will provide a 6.6% discount to the tariff for export transportation from the Zapadno-Sibirskaya and Sverdlovskaya railroads.
The discount is valid through December 31, and is applied to the transportation of coal, iron ore and metal to and from stations, near which 2 Evraz works are situated: ZSMK and NTMK. (Ukrainian metal)
