Private limited company Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands) has increased its share in the Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works from 74.722268% to 99.322555%.
According to the group’s statement, its stake of voting shares in Mariupol Ilyich is now 99.619059%.
Ilyich-Steel share in Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works decreased from 24.494605% of ordinary shares and from 24.567728% of voting shares to zero. (Ukrainian metal)
