In January-November Ukraine produced 22.19 million tons of carbon steel, up by 5.6% YoY.
According to Ukrmetallurgprom, Ukraine also produced 21.65 million tons of pig iron, 19.54 million tons of rolled metal, 11.7 million tons of coke and 782.1 thousand tons of steel pipes, all up by 8.7%, 6.5%, 10.7% and 0.7% YoY respectively.
Steel smelting ceased dropping YoY for the fist time since August. Average output in November was on the level of 65 thousand tons, with 62.3 thousand tons in October, 64.7 thousand tons in September, 63.1 thousand tons in August and 67 thousand tons in July. (Ukrainian metal)
