Korshunovsky Mining and Processing Works, a part of Mechel, has assembled new pumps at the Ilim water inlet.

The cost of the equipment totaled 3.3 million rubles.

The machinery would pump water from Ilim water inlet to the processing factory to be used in the iron ore processing.

“The new equipment will provide us with the uninterrupted supply of service water, which is very important for the manufacturing process”, the KGOK energy shop chief technician Vladimir Kalugin said. (Ukrainian metal)
