The courts have ruled to exact 9.7 billion UAH of debts and fines from Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works and Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works, all parts of the Industrial Union of Donbass, in favor of Metinvest.
The courts ruled that a part of the debt could be cleared in future, and Metinvest did not agree with that.
In February Metinvest filed a suit against ISD works for 23 billion UAH. Most of the hearings are still unfinished. (Ukrainian metal)
