In January-October Ukraine imported $44.6 million worth of copper and copper wares, up by 10.8% YoY.

According to the State Fiscal Service, copper exports dropped by 41.8%, to $61.18 million. October imports stood at $4.81 million, while exports reached $6.34 million.

Nickel imports decreased by 18.2% YoY, to $74.03 million ($7.16 million in October), while aluminum imports went up by 6.8%, to $229.22 million ($27.42 million), tin fell by 19.4%, to $2.16 million ($261 million), lead jumped by 40.1%, to $3.82 million ($1.08 million), zinc – by 16.2%, to $36.37 million ($4.58 million).

Aluminum exports decreased by 20.9% YoY, to $78.66 million ($8.57 million in October), nickel went up by 18.5%, to $5.58 million ($573 million), lead – by 22.8%, to $24.29 million ($2.28 million), zinc exports totaled $14 thousand ($1 thousand) as opposed to $85 thousand in January-October 2015.
