Evraz intends to increase coking coal output this year by 8.3% YoY, to 22.1 million tons.

Concentrate output is expected to grow from 13.6 million tons in 2015 to 14.2 million tons. And with strong demand Evraz plans to increase output even to 16-16.5 million tons. The group has already increased coal production in January-September by 11.4% YoY, to 16.4 million tons, while concentrate output went up by 6.8%, to 10.86 million tons.

Exports this year will total 4 million tons as opposed to 3.9 million tons in 2015, and could grow to 5 million tons in 3-5 years. (Ukrainian metal)
