Zaporizhstal has increased wages to its employees by 5%.
According to the company statement, the increase was made within the framework of salary increase of Metinvest companies.
This is the second time this year that the salary is increased. The first time it went up by 10%.
“The salary increase will partially compensate for the increase of prices and tariffs. We have promised our employees to increase salary when we have a chance, and now we can do this”, Rostislav Shurma, Zaporizhstal CEO, said.
Thanks to this increase the local budget of Zaporozhye will now receive an additional 1 million UAH each month. (Ukrainian metal)
