The supervisory board of the machine-building works “Svet Shakhtera” has appointed Alexander Kovalchuk chairman of the board.
According to the company statement, Irina Kiryanova, Gennady Vysotsky, Alexander Dyatlov, Vadim Leontiev and Vadim Dergousov have been appointed members of the supervisory board. At the same time Larisa Rak, Victor Kirilenko and Leonid Yevglevsky have been dismissed from their office.
In 2015 the works received 37.94 million UAH of losses. Its assets at the end of the year totaled 1405.33 million UAH, with accounts receivable on the level of 931.02 million UAH and current liabilities at 533.73 million UAH. Its net income dropped by 20.6% YoY, or by 103.68 million UAH, to 400.21 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
