A Kiev court has arrested the co-owner of a major scrap procurement and processing complex KVV Group Yevgeny Kazmin on the request from the State Security Service.

Kazmin is suspected in financing activities connected with the changing of the country borders and the state border of Ukraine.

Kazmin oversees construction of housing in the Russia-annexed Crimea. A part of the houses will be given free-of-charge to the employees of the Federal Security Service and the Ministry for internal affairs of Russia. According to the investigators, Kazmin makes regular flights to other countries and has real estate abroad, so can avoid responsibility by moving away from Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
