Shareholders of Donetskkoks have decided to increase the supervisory board from 1 member to 5.
According to the company statement, Yuri Ryzhenkov, Alexander Pogozhev, Julia Dankova, Svetlana Romanova (all of them top managers at Metinvest Holding) and Maxim Novikov (Ingulets Mining and Processing Works legal department director) have been elected members of the board for 3 years.
At the same time Metinvest B.V., owner of 56.28% shares of Donestkkoks, was removed from the board. (Ukrainian metal)
