Shareholders of Velikoanadolskiy Refractory Works have changed 2 members of the supervisory board.
According to the company statement, Roman Rybintsev has been dismissed from the office of the chairman. He has been in the office since April 2012. Revaz Jodjua, Krasnogorovka Refractory Works CEO, was appointed instead of him.
In addition to this, Vladimir Brigantsev was dismissed from the office of the supervisory board member, and Alexander Karakai was appointed instead. (Ukrainian metal)
