Shareholders of Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company have decided to extend the office of a revision committee member and change another, as well as to buy 5% of shares.

The office of Anatoly Gasparyan has been extended, while Svetlana Mironova was appointed instead of Alexander Uvarov.

Shareholders also want to buy 1101.407 thousand shares (5%) at 46.453 UAH per piece.

In 2015 UGMK decreased its net profit by 43.5% YoY, to 58.5 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
