The shareholders of Dneprometiz have dismissed one member of the supervisory board and appointed 2 more.
According to the company statement, the chairman Alexander Shevalev was dismissed. Anatoly Frishman and Sergey Vinogradov have been appointed members of the board. Both of them previously worked in Severstal (Russia) structures.
Vitaly Palabugin, Natalia Krivosheeva and Andrei Ryzhov have been reelected board members for a year. (Ukrainian metal)
