The state informational and analytical center Gosvneshinform reports metal exports in 2015 decreased by 12.8% YoY, to 21189.6 thousand tons, worth $7.82 billion, down by 38%.

This takes into account flat rolled metal (4.96 thousand tons), long rolled products (4.33 thousand tons), semi-finished products (6.86 thousand tons) and raw materials (3.99 thousand tons), but without steel pipes.

Metal exports to the EU decreased by 5.1% YoY, to 6.63 million tons valued at $2.61 billion, down by 33.4%. Exports to CIS-countries dropped by 23% YoY, to 2.59 million tons valued at $1.13 billion, down by 45% YoY.

Steel pipes exports decreased by 33%, to 637.1 thousand tons valued at $611.4 million, down by 43.7% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
