In January Ukraine produced 6612 thousand tons of iron ore and iron ore concentrate, up by 7%, or by 431 thousand tons, MoM.
In particular iron ore output in January decreased by 8.9%, or by 110 thousand tons, to 1129 thousand tons, MoM, while iron ore concentrate production went up by 10.9%, or by 541 thousand tons, to 5483 thousand tons.
Sinter output in January decreased by 4.5%, or by 127 thousand tons, to 2691 thousand tons, that of pellets went up by 14.9%, or by 250 thousand tons, to 1925 thousand tons, all MoM.
At the same time, iron ore and iron ore concentrate output decreased by 7.7%, or by 549 thousand tons, YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
